Terms
Terms governing ClawFoundry site use and implementation services
This page defines the practical operating boundaries for ClawFoundry services, including buyer responsibility, as-is service posture, and the limits of security and delivery guarantees.
Service Boundary
ClawFoundry is careful and serious, but not magic
The service is built around due diligence, operator judgment, and buyer-owned infrastructure. It is not a promise of zero risk, zero downtime, or zero responsibility on the buyer side.
Legal Terms
Scope of the site and services
ClawFoundry provides done-for-you OpenClaw deployment and related implementation services, not a guarantee of business results, platform availability, or universal compatibility with every buyer environment.
Any quoted scope, support window, delivery target, or implementation path is governed by the actual engagement and not by broad interpretation of marketing copy alone.
Legal Terms
As-is service posture
Services and materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis within the limits of the actual engagement. ClawFoundry uses due diligence, operator judgment, and best-effort precautions, but cannot guarantee perfect security, uninterrupted operation, or zero defects.
Because deployments involve third-party providers, buyer infrastructure, APIs, and evolving software, the buyer understands that risk cannot be eliminated entirely.
Legal Terms
Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for their own infrastructure, provider accounts, credentials, business decisions, legal obligations, and operational use of any deployed system.
Where ClawFoundry makes recommendations, those recommendations are made in good faith based on the scoped engagement and the information available at the time. Final approval and use remain the buyer's responsibility.
Legal Terms
Security and implementation boundaries
ClawFoundry aims to deploy responsibly and reduce avoidable risk. That does not constitute a formal security audit, legal compliance certification, or guarantee against compromise, misuse, or loss.
The buyer understands that implementation work may involve security-sensitive decisions requested by the buyer or accepted as part of the recommended solution path.
Legal Terms
Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClawFoundry disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-loss damages arising from use of the site or services.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means the current version applies.

The support pages exist to reduce hesitation and clarify scope. The primary action remains the same: book Session 0, get the setup path defined, and move from interest to implementation.
