ClawFoundry aims to deploy responsibly and reduce avoidable risk. That does not constitute a formal security audit, legal compliance certification, or guarantee against compromise, misuse, or loss.

The buyer understands that implementation work may involve security-sensitive decisions requested by the buyer or accepted as part of the recommended solution path.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClawFoundry disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-loss damages arising from use of the site or services.
